static route dhcp-interface failes on bootup

Description

i got an error on the newest rolling, using static routes with dhcp-interface failes parsing on bootup (before dhcp is completed) and don’t get into the config. the error reported in commit log is

[ protocols static route 123.12.0.47/32 dhcp-interface eth1 ]
% Command incomplete: ip route 123.12.0.47/32

i don’t actually know when it stoped working, but i think it worked on rc7 (have not tested to verify)

The fault is to easy handling of returns in the script vyatta-dhcp-helper.pl. a fix for this is coming

The fault is verified on the latest rc8 and the latest rolling vyos-1.2.0-rolling+201811251437-amd64.iso
