We observed strange situations with SNMP reporting and OpenVPN interfaces,
like huge qty. of interfaces reported to monitoring systems(it usually slow down a performance of such systems)
I had conversation with @dmbaturin and it seems like not really easy to solve,
so maybe we can find alternative solution to address this problem
