Testing if something is broken in rolling release can be tedious, and many tasks are easy to automate.

I've started a minimal testsuit that so far only checks if all kernel modules we build from source load correctly. It's at https://github.com/vyos/vyos-smoketest

It should be installed in dev builds by default.
