VMware resume script error on resume

Description

Hello,

When resuming a suspended VyOS virtual machine, VMware will give a "Resume script did not run succesfully" error. This seems to be due to errors in the ether-resume.py script. I was able to fix those errors, although it still seems to suffer from this issue: https://phabricator.vyos.net/T1028.
