Not completed pptp session when disconnected by the client

Description

If the client configured for recieved static address for the PPTP, when connection is broken on the client-side session connection in Vyos remains active as long as there will not be interrupted manually. But when a client can reconnect - Vyos will show 2 active session with the same IP addresses. If we drop old session, all worked.

as PPTP phasing out and this is on 1.1.x

My opinion is that you need to leave PPTP in VyOS while in Windows it supports it. Windows 10 build 1803 currently supports.
