Description

I went through the log-files between our current version (4.2.1-R8) and 4.1R14. There's a good number of fixes regarding failover. I'm certain many more are relevant to others so it would be great if we could get 4.1R14.

VyOS 1.2.x ships ISC DHCP server version 4.3.1-6+deb8u integrated in Debian Jessie.
