It's not the script that needs rewrite most, but it's one of the simplest and shortest ones, so it's good for testing the new python library that @jhendryUK packaged into vyatta-cfg lately.

The script is in vyatta-cfg-system and it's called vyatta-dns-forwarding.pl
The logic is fairly straightforward, so it shouldn't be hard to do.
