Description

In the future will be good to have logs more user friendly, because exist an idea to create some smart solution (controller) which based on logs and should make some smart decision.
As idea start from IPSec and rename charon to ipsec in logs

Not sure that it is a good idea.
At least not for the LTS release.
I close it until we don't really need it and there are no use cases to do it.
Reopen it if required.
