Migrate vyatta-op-quagga package to to vyos-1x.

This is basically only a wrapper for show calls to vtysh.

Update:
looks like the Vyatta folks hat a helper here: https://github.com/vyos/vyatta-op-quagga/blob/current/vtysh2templates, running vtysh -c list | grep "show ipv6 ospf6" | vtysh2templates will create all the node.def files required.

I wonder how this helper can be turned into generating XML output instead? My Perl is unfortunately simply to foo.
