Description

For Incoming and Import Route-maps if we receive a global and link-local ipv6 next-hop ipv6 address,
normally the link-local one is preferred, his setting allows to use the global ipv6 instead

vyos-cli :

set policy route-map BGP-IPV6 rule 20 set ipv6-next-hop prefer-global

syntax - frr :

route-map BGP-IPV6 permit 20
 set ipv6 next-hop prefer-global
