Add NAS-Identifier for system login

Description

Please add a CLI option to specify NAS-Identifier under RADIUS configuration for system login.

Current work around is to add "client_id=xxxx" after each instance of "pam_radius_auth.so" in the /etc/pam.d/common-* files.
