Description

For reproduce this bug use command:

root@vyos:/home/vyos# killall -STOP snmpd
root@vyos:/home/vyos# journalctl -f

I would not call this a bug as this is produced on intention.

SNMPD continues to run but FRR (due to the agentx enabled) just dies.

This does not feel like normal operation to me.
