Hi there,

I booted the self-made ISO of Equuleus v1.3.1 I made using the workarounds from https://phabricator.vyos.net/T4563. Unfortunately, it would not let me log in.

What I did:

• from old image: add system image /path/to/new/iso
• reboot

What was expected:

• A clean boot with working default credentials of vyos:vyos on the serial console.

What was observed:

• There is a configuration error thrown on the tty.
• default credentials do not work.
• In fact, I cannot get to the password prompt but the logon is cancelled after I entered a username and pressed ENTER.
• config.boot, screenshot and logs attached (messages, auth.log, cfg-stdout.log).
