tomjepp closed T170: error while compiling iso as Wontfix.

Ubuntu 16.04 isn't a supported build platform - the log shows that their version of live-build is ignoring our requested distribution - jessie.

I think a dedicated shell command is a lot more obvious - and it lets us put on extra warnings when they enter the shell.
