enable denverton SoC in kernel config

We need to enable denverton SoC support in kernel
required for C3000 support
intel drivers must be bumped to version 5.0.4 or later (5.3.8 currently latest)

@syncer If we use kernel 4.19 driver version for ethernet is DRV_VERSION "5.1.0-k"
Also cpu should be supported without enabling something i guess.

Please note: Kernel Intel driver version is kot always related to Intel out of tree modules. Denverton C3000 NICs work fine with 4.18 atleast so as we run 4.19 we‘re off the hook.

Tested by PCIe Passthrough some time back worh ESXi
