There seem to be some inconsistencies with the configuration and the underlying interface that is created and managed.

• If you create a peer and remove it, it is removed in the configuration but not in the Wireguard utility
• If you change the public key of one peer it creates a new peer but doesn't delete the old one in the Wireguard utility.
