Use a more descriptive version format for dev/nightly builds

Description

A bad thing about our current "999.$timestamp" version format is that it's impossible to deduce which branch it's built from. This will be especially problematic when rolling release builds of 1.2.0 will coexist with preview builds of 1.3.0.

Since the image upgrade script doesn't do any version comparisons, format change will not cause any issues.

"$version-rolling+$timestamp" looks descriptive enough.
