24-efi_packages.chroot fails to be applied uppon live-build because of non-existing package grub-efi and grub-efi-amd64, these references needs to be updated to comply with buster

The script is now disabled by a exit 0

Is this still an issue? Or does it now work in EFI systems?

Booting on VMware ESX with EFI works as expected.
